MY EATING HABITSđź’•


 


FOR BREAKFAST, 

I USUALLY HAVE MY BANANA JUICE WITH PAPAYA AND MY TWO HARD-BOILED EGGS. I SOMETIMES JUST DRINK MY ORANGE JUICE AND EAT SOME FRUIT AT NOON. 

 FOR LUNCH, 

I USUALLY EAT WHAT MY MOTHER PREPARES BECAUSE I DO IT WHEN I GET BACK FROM WORK, FOR EXAMPLE A CLASSIC RICE WITH EGG, ONION SALAD, ALSO SPAGHETTI, CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES, BARBECUE WITHOUR SEASONING( GARLIC AND LEMON) , ETC. 






FOR DINNER,

I EAT AN OMELETTE WITH TOAST; AND TO DRINK: TEA. FROM TIME TO TIME I EAT FRUIT SALAD.






I CONSIDER THAT I HAVE A VERY BALANCED DIET, I ENJOY HEALTHY FOOD THAT PROVIDE MY BODY WITH NUTRIENTS AND VITAMINS. I ALSO KNOW THAT BECAUSE I DO A MONTHLY CHECK-UP TO KNOW MY WEIGHT, IMC, AND MY TOTAL FAT. OF COURSE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT I DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, I DO NOT SMOKE.
