Chef Paz is a fantastic restaurant. It's at Putumayo street #468 in the city of Iquitos. It's spacious, very city and comfortable. The food is really awesome. It opens at noon every day and you can have lunch, dinner or a snack. You can also enjoy great music there.
The have regional, national, and international food. The appetizer I usually order is the salad of lettuce, tomatoe, avocado and chonta. The soups are very nice, too. My favorite main course is the makis acebichado ( avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, lettuce and slices of maiden). It's delicious! 💕 There are lots of salads you can order with your meal. They also have desserts: chocolate cake and tres leches cake. To drink, you can order hot or cold drinks, and beers.
